Supplementary material and large versions of the graphs are at Study Details Dark Money Flowing to Climate Science Denial.

Good job by Whitehouse.

Seems like as good a thread as any to close the book on the Charles Monnett story much discussed here a few years ago. This was the researcher who was interrogated by agents from Department of the Interior Inspector General's Office about his monograph on polar bears.

I have a feeling that Charles Monnett will have his choice of positions in reputable scientific institutions. The DoI just wants their bungled muzzling of him to vanish, but they're sadly deluded if they think that they've hidden their abhorrent behaviour.

What is it with the conservative governments of Australia and Canada? Between the two of them the progress of Western science has taken a palpable hit to the goolies... the triumphal march of ideology over intelligence continues apace.

I hope you're right about Monnett, Bernard. His case was nowhere near as high profile as Mann's, who enjoyed a great deal of support and a public victory. I doubt many will remember Monnett's story. As far as I'm aware, no one apart from PEER has reported the shameful developments to the conclusion.
