Eli, speaking of guys (but otherwise OT), I see that the multi-syllabic David Legates is using his state climatologist title at a forthcoming Cato event. I seem to faintly recall that he had been barred from doing so. You being from that general neck of the woods, I thought your memory of this might be more specific.

A couple of additions for your Mumble dictionary (which will presumably be called MumboJumbo):
1) Erm (or any of its derivatves like err, umm, ugh) - used to denote any of the following:
a) confusion
b) cogitation
c) drunkenness
d) nausea
e) yes (*conditions apply)
f) no (**conditions apply)
g) neither e) nor f) (indecision)
2) Eh? (or any of its associates such as Wah? Huh? Hnh?).
3) Zzz.
