The film from Viacom Inc.'s Paramount studio has generated $45.3 million in worldwide ticket sales, making it the third-highest grossing documentary ever.

"We have everything we need to get started'' in the fight against climate change, "with the possible exception of the will to act. That's a renewable resource, let's renew it.''

    Al must have emitted one hell of a lot of CO2 flying all over the world to see it so many times.

  2. Not that I am the target demographic, but I don't get why the song won. Regarding AIC itself, I am sure that the denialist camp followers will be all over the "lefty Hollywood likes it, so it must be wrong" thing. May get some in the middle to think about the issue, though.
