Judy's Dog
Uncertainty is Judy's dog, for better or worse she is on a leash. As Neal de Grasse Tyson put's it it's impossible to figure out where she will go next.
Neil was doing fine until he got to the butterfly- which makes about as much hydrodynamic sense as dog wags its tail in Malibu , and ruins a hydrogen bomb test in Pyongyang.
